Tropical Ham Salad Spread

Ingredients

(8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple

minced cooked ham
|

large green bell pepper, minced
|
|
|
| 1/2 |

small sweet onion, minced
|
|
|

finely chopped walnuts, toasted
|

(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
|

|

teaspoons |
Beau Monde seasoning
|
|
|
|
|
Garnishes: bell pepper strips, chopped ham
|
|
|
Directions:
Drain pineapple well. Stir together pineapple, ham, bell pepper, onion, walnuts, cream cheese and seasoning. Garnish with pepper strips and chopped ham. Serve with assorted crackers or thinly sliced bread.
