Roast Beef Party Snacks
Yield: Makes 12-15 snacks.
Ingredients

(4 3/4 ounces) Underwood Roast Beef spread
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
grated Cheddar Cheese
|
|
|
| 1 |
tablespoon |
minced onion
|
|
|
Directions:
Spread melba round with roast beef spread. Top with grated cheese and minced onion. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
